Why 3D printing removes the minimum

Screen printing, embroidery, and injection molding all require tooling or setup that only makes financial sense when spread across hundreds of units. 3D printing has no per-run tooling. The printer reads a file and produces the object, whether that is one piece or one hundred.

How the process works
Every project follows the same path before anything is printed:
- You send your logo and describe what you want.
- The Bear Bar sends back a mockup, a timeline, and pricing.
- You approve it.
- Payment is made 100% upfront, invoiced through QuickBooks by credit card or ACH.
- The order is printed and shipped.
Payment is upfront because materials are bought per project. Nothing prints until you have signed off on the mockup, timeline, and price, so there are no surprises on either side.
What to send for your logo
Vector files work best: SVG, AI, EPS, or PDF. A transparent PNG also works. If all you have is a screenshot, The Bear Bar can trace it into a usable file.
