🔍 What we're looking for

We're looking for 3 talented freelance 3D designers we can hand a brief to and trust to deliver fully print ready STL files that drop straight into the slicer and print beautifully with no cleanup or remodeling on our end. You'll take a concept or reference and turn it into a production ready model built specifically for FDM printing on Bambu and Prusa machines.

This is per project work, so there's real flexibility here. When we land a job, we'll send you the brief; you scope it, quote it, and deliver. Do great work and you'll be first on our list for the next one. We love finding designers we can come back to again and again.

🎨 The kinds of things you'll design

• Custom corporate gifts and desk pieces
• Logos and typography brought to life as 3D objects
• Multicolor hero and display pieces, and figurines
• Mascots, trophies, awards, and fun novelty items
• Modular builds made of interlocking parts

⭐ What makes you a great fit

• Proven experience creating FDM print ready models (a portfolio we can look at).
• A strong feel for support free design, overhang limits, and smart print orientation.
• Real understanding of FDM tolerances and designing interlocking or press fit parts that actually fit.
• Ability to produce clean, manifold, watertight meshes.
• A clear communicator who can scope, quote, and hit deadlines.

• Design it so no AMS is needed, split by color
• Parts that interlock and assemble like a glove
• Support free by design (so every side is smooth)
• Truly print ready, nothing to fix on our end

📜 Ownership & Licensing

• The designer retains ownership (copyright) of the design.
• The Bear Bar Shop receives an exclusive, perpetual, worldwide commercial license to reproduce, sell, and profit from the design.
• The license includes the right to modify the design and create variations, along with delivery of the editable source files (Blender/Fusion/CAD), not just the final STL.
• Exclusive means the design won't be sold, licensed, or reused for any other client.
• Final print ready files (STL) and source files are delivered upon final payment.
