Shipping policy

We ship from Roseville, California using USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on order size, weight, and destination. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days after production is complete.

International shipping is available but quoted case-by-case. Final shipping cost may vary based on actual carrier rates, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges. If actual costs exceed the estimate provided at order time, the customer is responsible for the difference.

We do not guarantee delivery dates. If your in-hand date is critical, please flag this when ordering and we will do our best to expedite production and shipping (rush fees may apply).
