Refund policy
Because every order is fully custom and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, color preference, or shipping delays outside our control.
If your order arrives damaged or has a clear manufacturing defect, let us know within 7 days of receiving it with photos and we will repair, replace, or refund, whichever makes things right.
Cancellations are accepted before production starts. Once we begin printing, we cannot issue a refund since materials and machine time are already committed.
